New Returns Process
Returns & Exchanges for purchases made on the WeberTech website must be submitted through our returns portal at returns.webertechapparel.com
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to: ▪️ An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;" ▪️An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damage, missing items; ▪️ Potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. Non - WeberTech items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We want to make this really simple: If you don’t like them, return them and get your money back. Discounted or sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges – No exceptions. Please note that full-priced items purchased using discount codes are not considered final sale.
How It Works
Our promise is that you will love your experience wearing WeberTech apparel.
Purchase items and try them out. If you receive your items and are unhappy with them in any way, please fill out the form below detailing your issue.
- Returns only apply to products that have been purchased from WeberTech online store(s) (North America) within 30 days of purchase. If your return is approved, we will refund 100% of your order excluding outbound shipping costs.
- If requesting an exchange or online store credit, your replacement order will be sent out once your return has been received and approved by a WeberTech representative.
- Once your submission has been reviewed, you will receive a response from one of our customer service representatives with the next steps. Please do not send items back without speaking to a WeberTech Representative first. They will be returned to the sender.
WeberTech Warranties
We offer a 3 month manufacturer’s warranty on all products purchased from our North American (United States, Mexico, Canada) website with proof of purchase. Please note that this policy does not apply to products that have been damaged by misuse, accident, modification or purchased from a third party seller that is not an authorized WeberTech retailer. Please note any replacement items provided cannot be warrantied.
