We want to make this really simple: If you don’t like them, return them and get your money back. Discounted or sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges – No exceptions. Please note that full-priced items purchased using discount codes are not considered final sale.

How It Works

Our promise is that you will love your experience wearing WeberTech apparel.
Purchase items and try them out. If you receive your items and are unhappy with them in any way, please fill out the form below detailing your issue.

  • Returns only apply to products that have been purchased from WeberTech online store(s) (North America) within 30 days of purchase. If your return is approved, we will refund 100% of your order excluding outbound shipping costs.
  • If requesting an exchange or online store credit, your replacement order will be sent out once your return has been received and approved by a WeberTech representative.
  • Once your submission has been reviewed, you will receive a response from one of our customer service representatives with the next steps. Please do not send items back without speaking to a WeberTech Representative first. They will be returned to the sender.
